There was a time in my life where God just didn't exist. I mean there were times when I wanted Him there, when I thought my life was going to end or when I wanted Him to make some girl look my way etc. But for the most part He didn't exist.

During this time I'd still go to church every so often, major holidays etc, and I'd have Christian friends etc. Every so often I'd hear someone talk about hearing God, or having God telling them to do this or that. I would just laugh at them, make fun of them and totally dismiss them.

Well it's been 100 days since my dating fast came to an end. The great thing is I learned so much during my fast and I continue to keep on learning after the fast.

So I've been quiet for almost a month now. We all know that's not like me, but it happens. Hope you haven't been checking this site very single day only to have your hopes dashed. Yes mom I know you have :)

So what's been going on? Why have I been so quiet? Well for starters there was this and I've also been doing a lot of work on BeALight.com, as well as some personal journeys (more on that later).
