Well it's been 100 days since my dating fast came to an end. The great thing is I learned so much during my fast and I continue to keep on learning after the fast.

One thing I learned from my fast, and which continues to be shown to me over and over again, is that God doesn't make things easy and quick. Sure sometimes things happen fast, but when you look back at the full timeline you realize a lot more went into whatever got you there. And if you think something is easy, well then you either got lucky or you didn't act the way He wanted you too.

So what have I learned the past 100 days? A lot. More then I can probably put into one blog post without making it one of epic length. Don't worry I won't do that to you, this time.

When I started this blog I had no idea what direction I wanted to take it in. I thought it would be a bit geeky, and bit about me. I quickly learned that my life was pretty dull, yes I'm kidding and those of you who agreed with me thanks for the love. Seriously though my religion really took a hold of this blog and it is a great thing.

This blog is supposed to reflect my life, my struggles, my adventures, and my successes and failures. Unfortunately I got caught up in the blog and it has become pretty preachy. I'm sure there are posts which aren't that preachy, and others which are very preachy. Being preachy isn't a bad thing but just being preachy is a bad thing.

I'm sure if you read all my posts you'd probably come to the same conclusion I have. Those posts which talk about my struggles and how I've dealt with them have more of an impact then me just regurgitating what I heard on Sunday etc.

So today starts a new day and a new focus. I will continue to be a bit preachy. my blog will continue to have religion play a major part in my writings but there will be more. For starters you'll really get to know my struggles and what stuff in my life is affecting me. Now granted I can't tell you everything because not everything in my life affects just me. So don't expect any gossip, or he said, she said stuff here.

This blog is about me and will continue to be about me.

I'm also going to be adding a few more pages to the site and maybe even get some theme days going. I haven't outlined everything yet but stick around it's going to get interesting.
